Beauty subscription business Ipsy, which is marking its tenth anniversary, has announced The Next 10, a social media challenge to discover the next generation of creators who it says are breaking barriers, dismantling beauty norms,and inspiring self-expression.    The brand, which is part of BFA (Beauty For All) Industries, will award “The Next 10” Creators with paid creator contracts and fully expensed trips to New York City, where they will be spotlighted at its celebratory Ipsy ...
